Job Title: Webflow Developer | Location: Wah Cantt, New City | Position Type: Full-time About Us: REAM is a startup launching in Pakistan, Dubai, and the UK with a focus on creating intuitive and highly interactive web experiences. We prioritize a client-first methodology to ensure our solutions meet and exceed expectations. We are seeking a Webflow Developer with at least 1+ years of experience who is skilled in crafting visually stunning and highly functional websites. Responsibilities: Design and implement websites using Webflow, focusing on client objectives and the user experience. Use Webflow's CMS to create dynamic content structures and integrate with third-party APIs. Employ animations and other interactive elements to engage users and enhance the browsing experience. Work closely with designers and other developers to ensure the visual and functional fidelity of web projects. Participate in client meetings to discuss requirements, present design proposals, and gather feedback. Perform routine maintenance tasks and updates to existing Webflow projects. Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web development. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practises in web development and Webflow. Produce clean, efficient code that adheres to best practises and team standards. Required Skills: 1+ years of experience working with Webflow. Strong understanding of responsive design techniques. Proven track record in deploying animations and interactive elements to improve UX/UI. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Webflow's CMS and API integrations. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SEO best practises. Experience with version control (Git). Knowledge of other web development frameworks and languages is a plus.
